GENDER PAY GAP REPORT FOR GLYN HOPKIN GROUP

Under new legislation that came into force in April 2017, UK employers with more than 250 employees are required to publish their gender pay gap.

We believe that it is vital that we take responsibility and continue our focus on equality in the workplace.

This new gender pay report will help us to ensure that we are focusing our energies in the right places.

The report shown sets out our findings.

We know that there is a lack of female representation in the automotive and manufacturing sectors.

Our aim is to ensure that we have more women involved in all areas of our business and to look at how we manage and develop our employees to ensure every person is given the opportunity to achieve their potential.
