Responsibilities

- Call handling

- Customer service

- Answering queries about services and products

- input information on to company computer system

- Make telephone calls to customers to book services & MOTs

Skills

- Previous experience in customer service

- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

- Customer service/ Call centre experience desirable but not essential as full training given

- Time keeping

- Attendance
